How to Install
Download MitterToolbarSetup.exe by clicking "Download Now", and start installer. Internet Explorer will restart after install. You will see two new buttons on your toolbar.
Rate, Comment, Tag on Videos You Are Watching
Mitter icon ![[Mitter]](http://assets.mitter.jp/images/bookmarklet_button.png?1264417786){kind=small}
is displayed nearby the video while you are watching. Popup window will show up by pressing Mitter icon, and you can make comment on, rate it, put tags, etc.
Of course you can do the same things on automatically saved Mitter Videos at any time after you watch.
How to Record Online Videos
When you access videos from available sites, the circular recording button ![[Record]](http://assets.mitter.jp/images/tools/toolbar/ie_record_button.png?1264417786){kind=small}
on Mitter Toolbar will light up red.
Currently, available online video sites are YouTube, Google Video, AmebaVision, Nico Nico Douga, Dailymotion, Seesmic, Veoh, Vimeo, Tudou (土豆网), MySpace, and Ask Video.
Just One Click to Record Video
By simply clicking this red button, you can record videos on your PC.
